I was sad when I heard about the death of Helen Gurley Brown. I read "Single Girl" while I was in high school; it was on the bookshelf in my mom's room and I helped myself to it. (Sorry, Mami!) Later I read "Having It All" and was inspired by her writing and some of her advice. I subscribed to Cosmopolitan magazine for many years.
In my spare time I may go back and reread ;p
